College of Remote & Offshore Medicine Foundation

Welcome to CoROM, a non-profit, public benefit foundation and Higher Education Institution based in Malta. We operate under the licensing regulations of the Maltese Education Act, with licence number 2018-022 issued by the Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA). Our degree programmes are meticulously designed to adhere to the standards set by the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework, ensuring their recognition and transferability on a global scale. Our innovative educational programmes provide doctors, nurses, paramedics, military medics and other allied health practitioners with the knowledge and skills to provide evidence-based medicine in challenging resource-poor environments.

Give your career in healthcare the best possible start with our Bachelors in Remote Paramedic Practice. Primarily delivered online it gives you the flexibility to work and study at the same time. There are some face to face elements to train you in vital skills and optional clinical placements are available in Africa.

CAPCE has approved the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation to award CAPCE credits. CoROM has CAPCE Provisional Accreditation until our site visit.
