Ethan Johnson has worked as a flight paramedic for Keidiroh MedFlight for the last 14 years and had no negative reviews or any disciplinary actions in his file. Six months ago, he fell from a ladder while painting his house and fractured both lower extremities. The injury required multiple surgeries, physical therapy, and recovery time. Mr. Johnson had only worked 2 shifts after returning from a leave of absence when his program manager called him at home and informed him that an allegation was made that he had stolen medications and disposable medical supplies from the program. He was told that there was an open investigation and he was going to have to come to the base to make a statement and answer some questions as part of the investigation.
