The Compass

The Compass is The Official Journal of the College of Remote and Offshore Medicine Foundation. The College has been publishing the Compass since 2018. We are currently in the process of making it a peer-reviewed journal. The Journal publishes articles focusing on the practice of medicine in remote, austere and resource-limited environments.
