Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before submitting your application. By applying to any CoROM programme, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:
1.1. You must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the programme’s admission requirements. These requirements may include academic qualifications, language proficiency, and any other criteria as outlined in the student handbook.
1.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the necessary prerequisites for your chosen programme.

2. Application Submission:
2.1. All applications must be submitted through the designated online application portal by the stated deadline.
2.2. Late or incomplete applications may not be considered for admission.

3. Application Fee:
3.1. A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. The exact amount and payment instructions will be provided during the application process.
3.2. Your application will not be considered until the application fee has been paid in full.

4. Supporting Documentation:
4.1. You must submit all required supporting documents as specified in the application guidelines. This may include transcripts, letters of recommendation, a personal statement, and proof of language proficiency.
4.2. Any fraudulent or forged documents will result in immediate disqualification from the application process.

5. Selection Process:
5.1. The selection process is competitive, and meeting the minimum admission requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the programme.
5.2. The selection committee’s decision is final, and no appeals will be considered.

6. Admission Offers:
6.1. If you are offered admission, you will receive a formal offer letter outlining the terms and conditions of your acceptance and a student handbook.
6.2. To secure your place in the programme, you must return the signature page of the student handbook within the specified deadline.

7. Tuition and Fees:
7.1. Tuition fees and related charges are subject to change. You are responsible for checking and understanding the current fee structure.
7.2. You are required to pay tuition as invoiced by the college.
7.3.  All expenses (airfare, lodging, meals) for hands on programs in Malta, clinical rotations and other prescribed fees are the responsibility of the student and are not included in the fee structure for the programme.

8. Visa and Immigration:
8.1. It is your responsibility to obtain the necessary visas and permits to study. CoROM can provide support and documentation, but ultimate responsibility lies with the applicant.
8.2. If you are unable to secure the required visa, CoROM is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.

9. Code of Conduct:
9.1. Once admitted, you are expected to adhere to CoROM’s code of conduct and follow all rules and regulations.
9.2. Any breach of the code of conduct may lead to disciplinary actions, including dismissal from the program.

10. Privacy:
10.1. CoROM will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By applying, you consent to the use of your data for admission purposes.
10.2. Your data will be used solely for the application process and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11. Termination of Admission:
11.1. CoROM  reserves the right to terminate your admission if it is discovered that you provided false information, cheated on exams, or violated any of these terms and conditions.
11.2. In such cases, no refund of tuition or fees will be provided.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
12.1. CoROM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the college website.

By submitting your application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the rejection of your application or termination of your admission if already accepted.
